A few possibilities.: A lump in the jaw can be an infection, a swollen lymph node, normal anatomy you just noticed, cysts, tumors and so on. This is not something i recommend you ignore. See a dentist immediately for diagnosis. Much more often than not it is a simple soluion to fix, but first it must be correctly diagnosed!
