Lump under jaw: Lumps like these warrant a complete evaluation by an oral surgeon or other head and neck specialist, including xrays or ct scans. Sometimes they represent tooth related disease, or a dead tooth. Sometimes they are cysts or tumors. But without more information, it's hard to say.
