They Can: Usually migraines cause more than just slight pain. If there is only slight pain, it may be just a headache unless some other symptoms common to a migraine are present, such as nausea, sensitivity to light and/or noise, blurred or fractured vision, pulsating sensation, pain centered around the eye(s), and pain limited to one side of the head.
