If you like: Many people try the product with mixed results. The strength is not as strong as professionally applied gels.

Yes: Yes you can use them, just know that the strenght use in over the counter products is very low compared to the gels supplied by your dental professional.

You can.: Crest whitening strips are capable of whitening your teeth, however be aware that any otc whitening products can cause sensitive teeth and/or gums. Sometimes the sensitivity is extreme. Do not use in conjunction with a whitening toothpaste as this can make the problem even worse. Your dentist has whitening systems that are less likely to cause this problem.

Consult DDS first: Here are some things to consider. Those strips have some limitations, they will not whiten fillings or crowns, it will hurt if you have cavities or gum recession. It is always best to consult with a dentist before considering any home treatments. Some patients get great results while others waste their time and money or are sorry they tried. Check with a dentist first for advice.

You can: Remember crest white strips are not custom made to fit your teeth ideally. Consider asking your dentist for alternative methods... Some may not be so expensive, i.e. Try whiter image and/or sapphire, ultradent, etc.

Depends: For best and most predictable results, whitening should be done under the guidance of your dentist, who can also help you with questions or problems. You can achieve some limited whitening with crest strips. Success depends on your expectations.

Possibly: Those strips work moderately well but only for some individuals and only in certain cases. They may or may not give you the results that you desire. First see a dentist to discuss your options and what would be best for your circumstances.
