Crest WhiteStrips: Can be effective. There are some limitations. Start by seeing your own dentist for a professional cleaning, making sure you have no cavities and that your gums are healthy. Your dentist can then discuss pros and cons of whitening strips before you make a decision whether or not to use them.

Crest white strips: White strips will whiten your teeth, but are limited to the areas of the teeth that they directly contact. Dentist supplied gel and trays, and in-office whitening, will whiten not only the flat areas but also inbetween the teeth and the dark part of the teeth near the gumline. Before using any whitening product, make sure your teeth and gums are healthy, and your teeth are clean and free of stain.
