Green discoloration: Is often a sign of a "opportunistic" infection by pseudomonas. If it is truely superficial, dilute vinegar (acid environment) soaks should clear it up. If it is deep - see a doctor right away.

Possible infection: Green nails can result from a bacterial or fungal infection. On occasion it could result from the chemical or glues use in applying or removing the false nails. Have them evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.
