Allergies and congestion when traveling, are there any remedies for this?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Decongestants: If you suffer from respiratory allergies taking medication wile you travel may make you more comfortable. A strong decongestant such as afrin (oxymetazoline) used prior to flying helps to prevent severe ear/sinus pain. While away over the counter allergy meds such as zyrtec and Claritin should provide relief for you. If you use prescription allergy medications bring them along with you.
