Can an atrophic pancreas be reversed and if so how?what is an atrophic pancreas? is it serious? i've had acute pancreatitis a quite a few times.

Unfortunately no: I would eliminate from your life whatever originally caused your pancreatitis and limit other things that could make it worse. Certain medicines, high fat diets and alcohol are things you can do something about. Genetic causes of pancreatitis are beyond your control but limiting the above will help prevent attacks.
