Morning stomach ache: A stomach ache in the morning can be from many causes. Yes, being pregnant can cause this (and nausea too), but if your hpt (home pregnancy tests) are negative, that means you aren't pregnant. If your symptoms are relieved by antacids, that suggests gastritis (stomach inflammation) or ulcers could be a cause. If not better soon, see your doctor. Good luck.
