Follow up: Be evaluated in ER to make sure nothing urgent is going on. Ask to be seen by a gynecologist. If there is nothing urgent occurring then unfortunately the ER will not address chronic pain issues. If you are stable, then seek help with an endometriosis specialist, pelvic pain specialist, reproductive endocrinologist, urogynecologist, miniminally invasive gynecologist...
