Can a small 1.8cm hemorragic ovarian cyst cause random cramping and irregular bleeding? all bloodwork and tests normal other than cyst.

Yes: The ovarian cyst may have been bigger before you had the Ultrsound---it may have ruptured---relessing a bullous of estrogen an some blood-----the bld would irritate the abdomen giving cramps----- the estrogen could affect your cycle. Follow up with your GYN doctor

Yes: Ovarian cysts wax and wane with your ovulatory cycle and can cause irregular bleeding, bloating, cramping, and pain. If you are also experiencing moderate or severe pain, see your OB GYN to make sure it is not enlarging and causing more serious signs and symptoms. Also if you find little or no relief after your period has finished, you should again touch base with your OB for next steps
