Need abdominal exam: Do you have any fever or chills? any diarrhea, nausea and vomiting? where is the abdominal pain? are you in midcycle? This may be related to your cysts rupturing which would happen in midcycle. Only pain meds help and it lasts 3-5 days. However, it may be related to your bowels. Diverticulitis, diverticulosis, food poisining or even appendicitis need to be ruled out by a physical exam.

Cramps: your cramps may be related to your ovarian cysts, which can sometimes grow and may even rupture, causing pain. you should see your gynecologist if the cramps get worse or persist since there may be other problems going on in your pelvic region including infection or other medical problems causing the cramps besides just the cysts
