Probably not.: Depends a bit on your history. If you have a strong family history of HTN and no signs of excessive daytime sleepiness or heroic snoring i would say no.

Maybe: Do you have other signs or symptoms such as snoring, grinding your teeth, day time sleepiness, morning headaches, overweight, greater than a 15" neck, diabetes, lack of concentration, memory problems? If yes, then you should talk to your doctor. Sleep apnea is the #1 cause of hypertension.
