I have calcaneal spur, but now getting bad pain in same area a little inside more towards ankle. every step i take hurts and throbs just like the spur, but this does not go away. can this be same?

Possibly: Condition may also be related to a problem with the posterior tibial tendon. Go see a good podiatrist and get this checked out.
