I have been having some pain in my ankle , there is also discoloration in my right leg (near calf) , ankle, and foot. the pain is off and on and sometimes i will get a throbbing pain or dull achy pain. what makes it worse is that i bruise easily now?

You should see your family doctor. Your symptoms as described, are vague and unrelated. I would not wait. You did not mention if you smoke or not ?
