I've heard of the"45minute intruder" with babies.. why do they have the urge to wake up after 45 minutes?..

Parent as intruder: It could be that they may be hungry many times a parent may mistakenly that the child is ready to get up from his nap and will pick him up prematurely.The average nap time for babies is usually 1-2hours.
