Sinusitis & headache: 32 year old New Yorker with sinusitis. If sinusitis develops with severe headache, visual symptoms (double vision), swollen eyes/forehead, shortness of breath, high fever, or if symptoms last greater than 7 days, see MD immediately. Try taking a hot shower with steam, put a hot wet towel on your face, rinse out your nasal passages. If this doesn't work, see MD. Sleep w/head elevated
