A member asked:

I am very skeptical on alkaline water. it seems that would only mess with the ph balance in your stomach. am i correct or does it have some science?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No good science: There is no good science to back this up. The body has the ability to closely regulate the ph of the body fluids. Don't waste your money.
