I have anxiety but i'm not convinced. i get breathlessness and feel like i'm not here sort of thing. i've had an fbc chest x-ray and all came back ok. what should i do?

Peak flow meter: You may benefit from a peak flow meter. It is an inexpensive plastic device that measures you lung function. If it is normal you can rest assured that shortness of breath is probably not from your lungs and you can work on relaxation techniques. See your doctor about such a peak flow meter.
