It is important to check if she has shortening of the achilles tendon, if both lower extremities are of the same length, or if there is an abnormality of the hip joints.

Have it evaluated: The pain could be as a result of many different things. The problem could be as a result of flat feet, abnormal limb length, or a variety of other musculoskeletal abnormalities. Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.
