Obviously quite: A few findings to sort through, but lymphoma could be a potentially unifying diagnosis - night sweats, lowish blood counts, fatigue, low appetite from an enlarged spleen and back pain from enlarged lymph nodes. Next step may be more blood tests and a ct scan. Good luck.
