Get evaluated.: Unless the folks who are saying "possible leukemia" have done the proper tests (bone marrow aspiration, cbc), i'd steer you away from accepting their diagnosis. But feeling faint, shortness of breath, and a lump under your arm are all potential warning signals. See your doctor for an evaluation.
