Wrong diagnosis?: What do you mean by "bacterial" and how do you know? There are only two common bacterial causes of pharyngitis that should be treated with antibiotics: group a beta-hemolytic strep ("strep throat") and gonorrhea. 6 courses of antibiotics in 6 months is way too much. Maybe you just have allergies. Consider seeing an ENT specialist.
