Possible reflux: Documentation of the reflux by ph probe or x-rays would be ideal, and also a blood test for h. Pylori, a bacteria responsible for chronic gastritis and peptic ulcers. A trial of lactose free milk would also be worthy. Your pediatrician should be able to help you with that, and probably refer you to a gastroenterologist for further evaluation.
