Bad idea: Marijuana is harmful to the brain. It can interfere with your medication. I have seen it cause treatment resistant psychosis in several patients. Chronic use is also bad for your lungs and can increase cancer risk. It also causes a syndrome characterized by a lack of motivation. Just because states are legalizing it, doesn't mean it's safe. It's a very bad idea.

Lose benefit of adde: Smoking marijuana will cause you to lose the effect of Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine). Marijuana smoked even once per week has been shown to cause of loss of 5-6 IQ points and cause a brain to be smaller than non users. You are taking a lot of medication. You should speak to your prescriber about the dangers of mixing all of these medications.
