Doubt: Using the eye drops sound like they helped you, it is ok to continue the drops. The main cause of redness is dryness and irritation, the treatment is artificial tear drops.

Dx - optic nerve hyperemia. Blurred vision in left eye for more than a year. Possible causes? Can be from use of Zaditor (ketotifen) for allergies?
No family history of IBD. Colonoscopy shows hyperemia and erosions in rectum. CBC ok. No symptoms except traces of blood 2 days ago, now gone after mesalazine. Waiting for result. Any chance not IBD?
