Dizziness and shortness of breath and it feels like i have some sort of lung inflammation. should i take advair, nebulizer, or rescue inhaler?

Nebulizer: Since you are dizzy and short of breath, the nebulizer will work quicker and better. Advair does not help acute asthma attacks. The inhaler will help but the nebulizer provides more medication and the saline helps loosen mucus plugs.
