Won't happen: Your ribs will not dislocate when you are sleeping or with virtually any other activity that you do during the day. It takes a lot of force to dislocate a rib. Don't worry.

The ribs won't!!!: Scoliosis in its typical presentation is a deformity of the spine in which the spine actually rotates or coils just like the coiling of the rope so if it involves the area of the spine with ribs. They will appear distorted but they are not dislocating . See a spine specialist to evaluate your scoliosis for guidance and what to expect as well as for treatment recommendations.
