My chiropractor told me i have a dislocated rib. he keeps adjusting it in place but it keeps popping back out. i'm icing it. what should i do next?

Try 2nd opinion: I would truly seek a second opinion and consider physical therapy. I would consider seeing an orthopedic or sports medicine MD or DO for their insight. Physical therapy, including soft tissue work & massage, as well as use of modalities (heat, ice) & strengthening/rehab is often very helpful. Consider this approach vs just further adjustments.

Get second opinion: I would see an Orthopedist (Medical Doctor) for a second opinion. Do not recognize "dislocated" when it comes to ribs...Get someone else to look at it Hope this helps Dr Z PS It does NOT sound "serious"...
