Not pregnant: According to your statement, you had a period, although a week late. This is not uncommon that periods may vary in duration. Having a period, sort of confirms that you are not pregnant. Your sign and symptoms are of significant concern, i would recommend that you should go to the er and also call your obgyn and your pcp. Thanks.

Late: If your period came, web though it was late, you are very unlikely to be pregnant. You other symptoms are non-specific, but if they last longer than 72 hrs i would be evaluated by your primary doctor.
