Doubtful: No period means that you didn't ovulate. See your doctor to see about regulating your period with medication. If you don't ovulate you have unapposed estrogen buiilding up your endometrium which can be a problem. Birth control pills or hormones or other medication are indicated. You need to do something if you are trying to get pregnant.
