Ovarian cyst pain: I assume the u/s revealed ovarian cysts, which can be painful depending on how large and in what part of the menstrual cycle. Performing a cystectomy is a routine procedure and generally has no bearing on fertility. The gas in colon is more than likely a benign process.

Gas is the enemy: Of u/s, as is bones. Cysts can be the source of problems causing symptoms, but cancer is not usually one of them. Your symptoms need your doctor to formulate a differential diagnosis. Rule out endometriosis which could be a threat to child bearing bytube clogging.
