Can be anything: While traveler's diarrhea is high on the air with people who have traveled outside of the us, general symptoms such as fever, chills, muscle aches may very well be attributed to a more banal cause such as flu or another viral infection. If your symptoms are more gastrointestinal in nature - nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, stool studies may be something to consider. Seeing doctor is must.
