Out stiffness after cast removal. what can i do?

Keep moving: You didn't say why you were in a cast. Obviously you broke something and cast immobiliztion and the injury can lead to stiffness. Now that you are out of the cast try applying heat to the stiff area and try to gently move the stiff joint. If this is to painful or does not help check with your treating doctor about getting some physical therapy.
