Move the finger: If you have a lot of stiffness i usually recommend a course of occupational therapy. You can do excersies on your own to get your finger moving. Just make a tight fist and squeeze then try and bring your fingers all the way straight.

Give more time: Stiffness can take upwards of 2-3 months to improve.
