Wound healing: A great question but not enough details here to be helpful. Wounds will heal at different rates depending on a 'laundry' list of factors which include location, colonization, other medical problems, nutrition, your age, etc.

No set time to heal: The good news is that wounds start healing as soon as they are created. The timing to heal is dependent on many factors including location of the wound, nutrition, presence of foreign bodies, blood flow to and from the area of the wound (important in lower extremity wounds). Keys to rapid healing is to keep the wound covered (grandma lied about air making them better) and rest the area.
