Not really but ..: Either one taken alone can cause agitation, anxiety, nausea and other symptoms. So if you are depressed and taking wellbutrin (bupropion) weed is not something you want to add. Weed can cause cognitive impairment, mood changes like depression or even psychosis.

Wellbutrin/Weed: Additive effect leading to psychotic symptoms due to elevation of dopamine. Would certainly not recommend that.
