Refraction will tell: Both astigmatism and myopia (nearsightedness) can blur your distance vision. If you have a large amount of astigmatism you may notice a starburst pattern from red tail lights at night. High amounts of astigmatism will blur both near and far vision, while myopia will blur the distance , with near vision being clear. Get a refraction to find out for sure.
