Does your blood type really determine how well you digest food (your enzyme level)?

No: I know of nothing that associates your blood type with your ability to digest food or an association with a digestive enzyme level. Nothing more to comment on. Sorry.

No: I do not think that your blood type affects your ability to digest food.

Hemolytic reaction?: Are you questioning risks to the GI tract from hemolytic reactions caused by IgG ab's produced after transfusion or pregnancy? If so, these can manifest with such problems as abdominal pain & hyperbilirubinemia (jaundice), as well as elevated blood levels of lactate deyndrogenase (ldh). But i'm not aware of clinically important associations of the ABO blood groups with digestive insufficiencies.
