It depends : It depends on the color of your teeth and how sensitive you are. They all work well if you do not have grey based color teeth. The strips are good, especially for young people but can be hard to use. The trays offer better control of where the gel goes but also requires compliance at home. In office zoom is good if you want it fast but the results are not better. Just faster nod costs the most.

In office 1hour : All whitenings are good. I think the best one is the 1hour in office whitening. It will give you great, fast results that last for a long time.

Professional.: In my opinion, a professional system, obtained through your dentist, is the best way. It will be more effective, quicker and have the lowest incidence of sensitivity of all your choices.

Bleaching trays: The most reliable and predictable method is custom trays made by your dentist with a bleaching kit purchased from your dentist. You can bleach until you get the desired results, and have the ability to touch up as they start changing color after the process.

Combination approach: The best technique I have used is combining the tray method with in office power whitening method. Etch teeth with pa for 5 second whiten your teeth for 1 month with 15% CP t at night for a minimum application of 6 hours. The key is well made trays that seal the gel in. If the trays are made poorly it will much less effective. Then 3 20 min sessions of 35% hydrogen peroxide gel.
