Try bleaching: Teeth discoloration consist of intrinsic staining inside or below the surface of the enamel, and extrinsic staining on the surface of the teeth. Brushing and dental cleanings remove extrinsic stains. Bleaching is more effective in removing intrinsic staining. Almost all bleaching systems use a gel form of hydrogen peroxide
