Biopsy: If you have a growth that dosn't go away dont take chances, have it removed. Better to be safe than sorry.

Go to dentist: Go to the dentist as soon as possible. Could be something as simple as a sialolith (salivary duct blockage), mucocele, or ranula. But you need to go and make sure it is not something more serious. The floor of the mouth and underside of the tongue are prime locations for oral cancer.

Remove it: Visit an oral surgeon. I recommend an excisional biopsy. This will remove the growth, and diagnose what it is. Further treatment may or may not be necessary depending on yhe pathology diagnosis.
