Cold symptoms: For your running nose and your post nasal drip you can use saline nose drops. Keep a vaporizer on at night and take an expectorant in the form of a cough medicine.If your throat hurts a lot you can gargle with a variety of things such as salt water, mouth wash, etc. Popsicles can also help.
