Bronchiitis: Sounds like it might be a touch of bronchitis that is viral in nature. You likely don't need antibiotics, and could just "tough it out". But if you are constantly coughing and clearing your throat you could try over the counter anti tussive medication such as dextromethorphan = robitussin (guaifenesin) or delsym. But if that does not work there are prescription based meds such as benzonatate.
