Been on simponi (golimumab) 3 mths. now have persistant headache and dizziness. can't think of another cause..is it the medication?

Maybe?: Headache can be a side effect of many medications. Please let the doctor that prescribed the medication know your concern. If there are any problems that may be caused the medication that might result in headache, then he/she can check for these.
