See your doctor: Sore in the mouth can be due virus like herpes simplex, cancur sore or a bacterial infection rarely if it is bothering you see your doctor, most of these sore are self limited and go away without treatment.

Pizza burn: I know it sounds weird, but i see many patients with a sore or blistering of the roof of their mouth from eating pizza; hot cheese sticks to the tissue and burns it. It is quite common.
