Does nifedical work better than nifedipine?

Nifedical: Nifedical and Nifedipine are the same basic medication so one should work as well as the other. However, do not confuse the the long acting (xl) versions with the standard release product. In other words nifedical xl with not work the same as Nifedipine regular (non- xl).
