Can i use sudogest or prednisone for ear infection?

No, not really: There is no evidence that Pseudoephedrine helps an ear infection, but it may alleviate nasal congestion. Prednisone decreases inflammation in a nonspecific way, but should be used sparingly and only on doctor's orders.

You can but........: There are no studies that suggest that using one or the other--or both-- will help an ear infection. As a matter of fact there are studies to show that there is no benefit to using either of these medications. Pseudoephedrine may decrease some of the nasal congestion and make breathing easier, but the evidence that it will help the ear discomfort in theoretical only.
