Will any of the doctors out there make phone calls to the patients?

Depends on Doctor: Patients being seen in the doctor's office will get calls back depending on the doctor's policy. Many times, it is the office nurse that will be relaying information/test results/refills to patients. In some offices, the doctor may make some or all of the calls. Usually, if there is something that may need added explanation or it is after hours, the doctor will make the calls.

I called to dispute but the nurse just said the doctor was following routine gynecological processes. How do I prove she is wrong, that's he did not do her diligence to tell me. I told her upfront I don't have health insurance and I was a new patient.
Had blood drawn @ docs office and sent to lab. Results on patient portal says HIV 1/2 AB above Neg result. Saw a list of tests done by this lab online and it only lists HIV AG/AB test. Possibly my test was actually AG/AB then? Called office no help?
