From the dentist: The crest strips that are sold in the store are 4% strength. You should be able to purchase a 14 % crest strip from your dentist. You get mor strips (84) and they are stronger.

From dentist: Getting the version of crest white strips(professional) from your dentist will provide better results following recommended instructions. They are stronger. You also receive more strips in a package.

Best results: Best results are usually done in-office, not over-the-counter; customize your whitening is better than using otc stock.

Professional strips: Colgate has special strength whitening strips that are dispensed only through dental offices. They probably yield the best results.

Best results: For best results first have your teeth professionally cleaned to remove surface stain. Then have Dentist treat you with a professional whitening system to achieve the amount of brightness you desire. Then use OTC whitening strips, as needed, to help maintain the professionally achieved result. Whitening strips on their own have only limited ability.
